Delivery and Collection
When you place your order with us, you can choose to either collect your items from us, or have them delivered to you within Canberra and surrounding areas (Googong, Queanbeyan, Royalla, and Jerrabomberra).
Collection
During checkout, you can choose which venue you would like to collect your items from. Please wait for us to send a notification email confirming that your order is ready for collection.
We have four venues around Canberra for collection so there’s sure to be one nearby:
- Canberra Southern Cross Club, Woden: 92-96 Corinna Street, Phillip
- Canberra Southern Cross Club, Tuggeranong: Cnr Pitman & Holwell Street, Greenway
- Canberra Southern Cross Club, Jamison: Cnr Catchpole & Bowman Street, Macquarie
- Stellar Canberra: 50 Launceston Street, Phillip
Delivery
We offer free delivery (if your order is over $100) to all Canberra suburbs, as well as Googong, Queanbeyan, Royalla, and Jerrabomberra. During checkout you will be asked to enter the delivery address for your order.
You may also nominate a delivery date. Please note that our delivery days are Tuesday to Friday only, so an order placed on the weekend or Monday will be delivered from Tuesday. We will send you a notification email confirming that your order is out for delivery.
